 On December 22 1987 a reassuring statement that " She will never tolerate any violations much less any gross and systematic violation of Human Rights."
 But unknown to the general public, her regime, by contrast presented a gruesome picture of human rights situation from March 1, 1986 to December 1991 with the number of warrantless arrests and detention reaching an alarming level of 15,999 and extra-judicial executions of 1,733 cases, including 189 that occurred in 1990  alone.


 The records in Congress, the Human Rights Commission, and Task Force Detainees of the Philippines for the same period showed 335 cases of disappearance and 146 cases of massacres.
 In reaction... Philippine Human Rights Commissioners JBL Reyes, Jose Diokno, Zenaida Avacena, and Mariani Diamaranan all resigned.


 In addition, 34 journalist who exposed graft and corruption and other venalities in her government were murdured and many others were persecuted...  
 In Ramos six-year in office 18 journalist were slain...

     March 15 1986, President Aquino, without prior consultation with Vice President Laurel, Defense Secretary Juan Ponce Enrile, and the key participants of the EDSA Revolution.  Created a special cabinet Committee composed of, Justice Neptali Gonzales as chairman, Members of Parliament Luis Vilafuerte and Antonio Cuenco, Executive Secretary Joker Arroyo, Laurel himself, as members, to decide weather the new government would operate outside the 1973 constitution. Gonzales propose the abolition of the constitution... Enrile strongly opposed the idea...    Bago tayo tumuloy sa usapin kung nakapag tapos nga ba si BBM, pero kahit na may diploma siya sadyang bobo lang sila at ayaw nilang paniwalaan sa mga bagay bagay. Tanong:  Kung hindi nakapagtapos sa pag aaral si BBM sa oxford, pano siya nakapag aral sa Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania? Special diploma in Oxford University? Ang St Edmund Hall magazine ito ang official na magazine ng Oxford. Mayroon 2 nilabas na magazine ang Oxford na naglista ng "Special Diploma in Social Studies" bilang "Degree" Yung una ay St Edmund hall magazine 1996-1997. Sa page 123 makikita doon kung saan ang mga "Special Diploma in Social Studies" ay nakalista under "Graduate degrees" Pangalawa sa magazine na yun ang "Special diploma in Social Studies" ay nakalista under "Degree Results" as a higher degree sa page 71 Then nagpakita na si BBM ng mga documento ng mga picture at inilabas na din niya ang diploma.
